Ringel & Schramm was founded in 1998. We are a partnership of lawyers and tax advisers specializing in business law. Our partners have many years' professional experience as lawyers or tax advisers, and in addition have profound knowledge of corporate practices (employment as in-house counsels, members of supervisory boards) as well as an academic background (employment as professors and lecturers, research assistance at renowned university chairs etc.).
Our partnership of lawyers and tax advisers focuses on personal and long-term relationships with our clients. Primarily, we advise medium-sized companies as well as their agents and members. Furthermore, we also counsel private individuals, draw up the required contracts and act as legal representatives in proceedings.

Ringel • Schramm Partnership of Lawyers cooperates closely with experts in the field on questions which lie beyond our concrete field of activity, including antitrust law and matters of business criminal law. The same is true for mandates with an international element. Ringel • Schramm Partnership of Lawyers maintains a broad network with law firms in Europe
and in the US.
Unless agreed otherwise in the individual case, a contract of mandate is always entered into directly with the cooperation partner. Therefore, any given law firm is not liable for the work of another.
